Scope of certification
Cert Africa Academy of Learning strive to provide an exceptional learning experience for all participants of any organization, by providing high-level expertise in management systems in a wide range of scopes. All the trainers of Cert Africa’s training programs are experienced and qualified Lead Auditors of Management Systems. In Cert Africa Academy of Learning we understand the needs of companies for Quality and therefore we also design in-house training courses tailored to your business.
Training is a critical component during both implementation and sustaining ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
Cert Africa provides, tailor made training, coaching and mentorship to new and existing organisation to enable them to implement, maintain their system on relevant ISO standards Cert Africa provide training some of the following standards: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Auditors, ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, Lead Auditor and some of the soft skills training.
Cert Africa provides Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality training that includes high-level system orientation, general awareness and task-specific training.
Specialised Training – A range of specialised training courses are available that includes:
- Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) approach and implementation
- Conducting Risk Assessment
- Root Cause Analysis
- Performance based Auditing principles
Legal Training – As per the requirement of the organisation, Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and regulation is reviewed and explained in the context of the company’ own activities and risks.
The course prepares the participant to understand the requirements for preparation to implement management systems as well as importance of the Management systems as a tool to ensure compliance with customer requirements, safety at work place, taking care of the environment and continual improvement in their organisations.
Prerequisite
Course with more that one module, the second module cannot be offered if the first module was not successfully completed.

Step 3. Once you Accepted the quotation, Cert Africa will make payments arrangement. Course fees are charged per person, per training, and are due in advance. Payments can be made via electronic transfer, credit card, or cash. Proof of payment must be submitted.
Step 4. Upon receiving the necessary documents, we will confirm your booking. Please ensure all registration steps are completed before the course starts to avoid delays.
Travel, Catering & Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. For your convenience, arrangements can be made with Cert Africa to make booking on your behalf as per your request, however any additional request made shall be included in the quote.
Cert Africa always arrange catering for their participation for better hospitality, which is all inclusive, unless it is inhouse training.
Training Sites
- Some trainings will be presented at the Cert Africa offices at Unit 1, 10a Gateside Avenue Dainfern – 2191.
- We offer customized in-house training to meet the specific needs of your organization. The request will including your preferred training dates, and we will provide a tailored quotation. The client must provide a suitable training venue with audiovisual equipment, projectors, flip charts, and refreshments.
- Virtual awarenesses or training can be made upon request if a need arises.
Cancelations & Postponements
Should you need to cancel your booking, we require written notice at least 10 working days prior to the start of the course. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you fail to attend without prior notice, the full course fee will apply.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or postpone any training if a need arises, however, in such cases, we will inform you as early as possible.
Accreditation & Certification
Courses are conducted in English and delivered through a combination of lectures, group activities, and hands-on exercises to ensure a rich learning experience, therefor 100% attendance is required for certification.
Our trainings for understanding and implementation on ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 will be accredited by SAATCA.
For certification purposes, 100% attendance is mandatory. Courses that require examinations have a pass mark of 70%. Participants scoring between 50-69% may retake the exam once within four months at no extra charge. Scores below 50% will require the participant to retake the course at a discounted rate.
Participants who meet all course requirements will receive their certificates within four weeks of completing the course. Requests for re-issuance of certificates beyond this period will incur a fee of R550
